Can I make a custom package?
Our goal is to provide you with exactly what you want. If you have questions or want changes to any packages, please send us an email.
How long until videos are delivered?
Our average delivery time is 45 days from your date. This can be longer in high-volume months.

How are my videos delivered?
We send our Client a custom website link where all the videos are displayed. The Client then downloads their videos from Vimeo following our download instructions. The videos are private until the client chooses to make them public.
If you want the videos to stay off the internet look at our Flash Drive addon. We will mail you a Flash Drive to a chosen address with all your finished videos.
How can I share my videos?
The Client receives download instructions when they receive their videos. After downloading the videos they can be uploaded to any social media.
What time will you arrive?
We will contact the Client two weeks out from the event, we then decide a timeline together. We recommend that the videographer shows up an hour before ceremony to capture the pre-ceremony events while still being able to stay late enough to capture dancing.
Can I request a specific song?
Due to U.S. copyright law, we can not use mainstream music. We have a catalog of licensed songs that we use. If you have a specific song request, contact us and we can discuss whether it can be licensed for a fee.
How do I pay?
Clients receive a Honeybook invoice and Contract when you indicate you’re ready to commit. Options for a Bank Transfer or Card Payment are provided.
We require the first payment of the Client’ bill (typically 1/2) to secure your date on our calendar. Until this is paid, your date might be claimed by a different client.
